We operate under a guaranteed rental scheme. Our business opens a commercial contract for your property. We will provide a fixed monthly rental giving you consistent monthly income over 3 - 5 years
Contract Creation
The commercial contract is signed and we have the keys to the home. We will invest in cosmetic interior enhancements to bring the property to our standards and make the property HMO friendly.
Cosmetic Upgrade
The property is redesigned and ready to accept tenants. We use the improved property to target high paying young professionals who can live amicably together.
Tenant Search
Tenants are well looked after with regular cleaning services, a community based app and also a promise that all maintenance issues will be addressed within 24 hours every day, evening, or weekend.

We ensure that us and our landlords are compliant with the growing council requirements for HMOs. We ensure no breaches are made.
Community
We want to build a community amongst flat members of individual homes but also with all flat sharers across our brand. We will be developing an guest portal for tenant communication and arranging events and guest peks!
About Us
This is a sister company of Hostara Homes a serviced accommodation provider specialising in short and medium term lets in Central London. Kintra was launched to create a co-living entity that combines the comforts of serviced apartments to HMOs. Young adults are increasingly struggling to afford studios and 1-beds but also don't want to live in the over-cramped, shoe box bedroom in the budget HMO. We want to bridge that gap by providing co-living, serviced hmos, called a Kintra.
